I’m Nora Knadjian-Kachian, a certified health and wellness coach, public health educator, and wellness strategist based in Chicago. For more than a decade, I’ve helped individuals, organizations, and communities turn health information into meaningful, sustainable action.
My approach to health and wellness coaching combines public health education, behavior change, psychology, and practical lifestyle strategies. Rather than focusing on quick fixes or perfection, I help people understand what is getting in the way of the life they want and create realistic habits that fit who they are and how they actually live.
Throughout my career, I’ve worked across healthcare, corporate wellness, community health, education, and entrepreneurship, supporting people with everything from healthy lifestyle changes and stress management to mindset, accountability, and personal growth. I’ve also developed and delivered wellness programs, workshops, educational content, and experiences for individuals and groups, including corporate audiences of 500+ employees.
I hold a degree in Public Health/Community Health, am a National Board for Health & Wellness Coaching-approved Certified Health & Wellness Coach, and am trained as an NLP Practitioner. My public health background gives me an evidence-informed foundation, while my coaching work allows me to meet people where they are and help them move forward in a way that feels personal and achievable.
True well-being encompasses the whole person: how you think, how you manage stress, how you care for your body, the habits you build, the relationships you nurture, and the purpose behind the life you're creating.
That belief is also at the heart of The Purposeful Life, my podcast where I explore the intersection of wellness, psychology, faith, personal growth, entrepreneurship, and living with greater intention.
Whether I'm coaching an individual, developing a corporate wellness program, educating a community, or creating content, my goal remains the same: to help people feel more informed, empowered, and capable of creating a healthier, more purposeful life.
If you're ready to make meaningful changes without trying to change everything at once, I'm here to help you take the next step.
My public work essentially spans three areas:
Volunteering--
Beyond my work in health and wellness, I’ve been deeply involved in leadership and service within the Armenian-American community. In 2016 and 2018, I was elected by members of the Armenian Church Youth Organization of America (ACYOA) to serve as Central Council Chairwoman, contributing five years of leadership and service to the organization.
More recently, I’ve supported the Fund for Armenian Relief (FAR) through its international fundraising efforts and joined its Junior Advisory Committee in 2025, continuing my commitment to community service, leadership, and supporting initiatives that create meaningful impact for Armenians around the world.

The purpose of this community is for us to build on our collective wisdom, tapping into our faith and intuition, and identifying God’s purpose for us.
This is a safe space where you can explore wellness-related topics, psychology tips and hacks, receive exclusive trainings, and share your own knowledge with our members!
