I’m a Digital Marketing & Communications Professional with a unique background in public health, wellness education, and brand storytelling. My journey started in wellness coaching and education, where I quickly discovered that the marketing side of the work also lit me up. Building brands, designing visuals, and crafting stories that connect deeply with audiences.

Over the past several years, I’ve created and executed marketing campaigns, social media strategies, branded presentations, catalogs, newsletters, and educational content for schools, corporations, hospitals, and community organizations. I also designed and created this website (hi!) from the ground up. My specialty lies in transforming complex information into clear, engaging, and visually compelling content that not only captures attention but drives action.

I bring a wellness-informed, human-centered lens to marketing. With a background in psychology, a Public Health degree and a national board-approved certification in Wellness Coaching, I understand how people think, what motivates them, and how to tailor messaging that truly resonates. This allows me to build authentic connections between brands and their audience-- whether through writing, design, or strategy.
